More Ways to Give

Peel Children’s Aid Foundation needs your help to assist the most vulnerable children and youth in our community.  We welcome your support in any or all of the following ways:

  • Donations can also be accepted by phone or through the mail.  Please go to the Contact Us section for our telephone number and mailing address.
  • Join us at one of our fundraising events, as a participant or corporate sponsor!  Check out our Events & Calendar for a description of the different events we are currently planning.
  • We are honoured to be the recipient of Planned Gifts from community members who donate a gift of life insurance or stocks, or remember us in their will.  Please Contact Us to learn more about this way to support children and youth.
  • We are always looking for volunteers to assist the Foundation and the children we serve by donating the gift of time, either at a fundraising event, in the office, or by working directly with children and youth.  You’ll find all the information you need on our Volunteers page.
  • Feeling ambitious?  Your family, church or employee group, business or club can organize a fundraising event to benefit the children served by Peel Children’s Aid Foundation!  Our handy Event Planning Guide can help you prepare for success.
  • You can Create Your Own Fundraising Page right on our website and use it to ask friends and colleagues to join you in supporting the at-risk children and youth served by Peel Children’s Aid.  Plan an event around your personal page or use it to bring attention to your favourite cause! It’s easy to set up and you can personalize it to reflect your own personality.
  • If you prefer not to donate cash, you can still help children and youth in need through your gift of grocery store vouchers, gift cards to retail stores, children’s clothing, or small appliances that would help a teenager to set up their own first home, such as toasters, kettles and microwave ovens.  All donations of gift cards, electronics and clothing are given directly to children in need.  We also accept used items in good condition, such as winter coats, bikes, baby clothes, etc.  Regretably, we are unable to pick up furniture and other large items.
